Precut traditional pieced Quilt kit ~ Michael Miller Zoology flannel

Do you just love the fabric and designs in my rag kits but not a fan of the fringe? These pieced kits are just for you! I designed these after my most popular rag kits but in a traditional pieced design. This kit makes a complete quilt top with backing (batting not included and is optional).

In this Kit you get all the fabrics needed to make the quilt top shown. Top fabrics are 100% quilters Flannels in featuring one of my favorite quilt lines, Zoology by Michael Miller. Choose a gray blender from from Maywood Studios, or gray minky. This quilt can be made without batting as I have done with most of my pieced quilts featured in my store. It makes a very soft, lightweight and pliable quilt. This quilt was made using a cotton batting just to see how it would work. My machine stipple quilted it fine, but it was very thick and a bit challenging to attach the binding. I was able to make the entire quilt in one day. This is a fast and easy quilt.

• 48- 5" squares for the front - combinations of the flannel prints shown
• choice of backing
• precut pink binding strips to make a double folded binding (will need to sew the strips together)
• precut strips for the white dot and gray multi dot borders. you cut strips after seaming.
• kits are cut and shipped within 3-5 business days PER kit ordered. If you have ordered multiple kits, you can ask for a projected turn around time. Need it by a specific date, please ask.

- illustrated instructions are also included as well as any email support you need. Please be aware I provide general piecing instructions for the design. Its helpful to have general quilting experience but its simple enough even for beginners.
